Long before Kaminos Resort became a gentle refuge, this place hummed with the heat and bustle of a coal factory. Today, the old workshops and storied walls have been reborn as a sanctuary dedicated to slowing down. We are caretakers of this transformation honoring the site’s industrious past while inviting you into a quieter rhythm of life.
At our core, we believe in pausing the world’s noise. Here, you’ll find moments of stillness woven into every corner: a simple bench overlooking the sea, a shaded nook beneath a pine, or the soft glow of lanterns at dusk. Our purpose is to offer you space to breathe, time to let go of schedules, reconnect with the sea’s gentle cadence, and sink into true relaxation.

Hidden along the coast of North Evia, Kaminos Resort sits just outside the charming village of Limni. Tucked between whispering pines and the Aegean Sea, our boutique hideaway feels remote, yet remains surprisingly accessible from Athens.

How to Get Here
● By Car: Drive north from Athens to Arkitsa, take the ferry to Aidipsos (about 45 minutes), then continue by car for 40 minutes to Limni.
● By Ferry (Seasonal): Ferries operate from Agia Marina to Nea Styra during summer months.
● Airport Transfers: Upon request, we can arrange pickup from Athens International Airport.
